Access Century Busted Mugshots

Century runs on county law enforcement. The town has no police department and no jail of its own. Deputies from the Escambia County Sheriff's Office patrol the streets, while Escambia County Corrections handles booking and custody in Pensacola. So any hunt for Century busted mugshots leads straight into the county jail system, and the record you find there will name the arresting agency too. One warning about Florida searches: custody status changes fast. A news story or an old call log cannot tell you whether someone sits in a cell right now. A released result tells you even less about how the case turned out. Check the live jail view, not the headlines.

Century Busted Arrest Records

Century sits in the far north of Escambia County. Pensacola is the only other incorporated town. The 2020 Census counted 1,713 residents. Small as it is, Century runs no police or booking operation of its own. The official Town directory lists municipal departments, and no police department appears among them. Meanwhile, the Escambia County Sheriff's Office keeps Precinct 6 at 7500 North Century Boulevard.

ECSO patrols and investigates around Century. The Florida Highway Patrol and other agencies can also make an arrest. Whoever makes it, local custody starts at the Escambia County Correctional Facility in Pensacola. County Corrections builds the intake record, the booking status, and the photograph. The arresting agency keeps its own report. Follow that countywide flow and you will find who was booked after an event near Century.

Where Century Busted Mugshots Appear

Start with the Escambia County Jail View, not any town page. Its default "Booked Last 24 Hours" screen is the verified official same-day channel. It can even display a booking photograph. The portal also searches current inmates, released inmates, or both at once. Century has no local roster copying those functions. So this county tool is the place to look.

ECSO Current Activity is a different animal. It logs calls for service through a computer-aided dispatch system. A call is not an arrest. An arrest is not a booking. Treat it as context, never as a Century booking list. For actual custody questions, the county roster remains the controlling public interface. The Escambia County booking overview walks through its full search range.

Locate Busted Century Bookings

A smart Century search starts at the county level. From there, narrow by agency and date. The default rolling window may surface a fresh booking, but older inquiries need the filters. Never assume the first screen shows a complete history. Names repeat across the system, so match several fields before trusting a hit.

  1. Open Jail View and check “Booked Last 24 Hours” when the intake is recent.
  2. Enter the last name first, then add a first or middle name, birth date, booking date, release date, or booking number when known.
  3. Choose current inmates, released inmates, or both. Read the displayed status at the time of access.
  4. Confirm the booking number, date, age, and arresting agency. An ECSO label helps connect the result to a sheriff report.
  5. Search Escambia Clerk CourtView for the filed case and disposition, then request an official copy when exact court language matters.

A jail entry can carry a photo, an MNI number, charges, total bond, holds, facility location, a case or arrest number, and preliminary court information. The MNI works as an agency identity index. A booking number, by contrast, marks one intake episode. Two different codes, two different things. For case questions, the county portal's own court tooltip points to the courthouse or to counsel.

Note: A person can drop off the current roster after release while the booking record and criminal case live on in separate record systems.

Century ECSO Arrest Service

The ECSO precinct directory confirms Precinct 6 in Century. That office shows how sheriff service reaches the town. Nothing more. It is not a daily arrest feed, a mugshot roster, or a public-record archive. For general agency contact, call the ECSO front desk at 850-436-9630. Emergencies always go to 911.

The official precinct capture below documents the correct law-enforcement arrangement for Century. It appears here in place of an invented town police page or a wall of faces.

Do not mistake the precinct location for a central records archive. ECSO's Criminal Records and Public Records functions operate from 1700 West Leonard Street in Pensacola. County Corrections, also in Pensacola, runs the jail separately. That split matters. It decides where to go when you want a sheriff report rather than a jail intake record.

Century Sheriff Records Requests

Need an ECSO arrest report, booking print, offense or incident report, mug shot, investigative record, or CAD report? Use ECSO Public Records and its JustFOIA portal. Criminal Records answers at 850-436-9501 or fax 850-436-9784. Public Records answers at 850-436-9390 or fax 850-436-9990.

Give the person's name, an approximate arrest or booking date, Century as the location, the suspected arresting agency, and any case or booking number on hand. Name the exact item you want, since an "ECSO arrest report" routes differently than a "county booking photograph." ECSO sends fee estimates based on duplication and man-hours. It publishes no fixed photograph price and no guaranteed response date, so leave Pensacola city fees out of a Century request.

County Corrections stays the detention custodian. When you need the official jail intake record, or a status no longer online, send that request to Corrections and cite the booking episode. A sheriff arrest file and a county jail file may cover the same event from different operational roles. Neither one substitutes for the Clerk's disposition.

Century Town Record Boundary

The Town of Century public-records page covers one slice only. That slice is municipal administrative records. The Town Clerk does not hold ECSO arrest reports or county booking photographs. Keep that boundary straight. Town meeting minutes, municipal contracts, and other Century government papers belong with the Clerk; a sheriff investigation belongs with ECSO.

Century's town channel runs under Chapter 119. Duplication fees can apply. No published fee schedule exists, and no turnaround time is promised. Pick this route only for documents born of town business itself. An arrest inquiry sent there just stalls. The Town has no municipal police patrol and no jail. Those duties sit elsewhere in the county.

Century Busted Photo Timing

Century shares the same Jail View window used across Escambia County: a rolling view of the last 24 hours. The county commits to no exact delay between an arrest and the web entry, nor to a fixed refresh schedule. Plenty of things can hide a booking. The entry may be too fresh, misspelled, held by another agency, or shielded from view. Need a fast custody answer? Call County Corrections at 850-436-9830.

There is no Century-only 48-hour, 72-hour, or weekly feed. You can build a multi-day search yourself by setting booking dates and choosing current, released, or both, but that is not a municipal archive. The county also sets no fixed window for how long released results or photos stay up. Older or missing material means filing a focused records request.

Century County Booking History

The jail's history explains a lot of confusion in older paperwork. Escambia County took over jail operations from ECSO in 2013. Then a flood-related gas explosion condemned the old Central Booking and Detention Facility in 2014. The current 840-bed facility opened in spring 2021. So an older Century report might label the jail an ECSO facility or cite a booking site that no longer exists.

Split duties are the norm now. A Century arrest report may sit with ECSO, while County Corrections holds the intake record, custody status, and booking photo. Before using any source's agency name or address on a request, check when that source was written.

Century Arrest News Sources

NorthEscambia.com News watches Century and northern Escambia more closely than anyone else. Stories appear daily or near daily. Some carry an agency-supplied image. Treat it as news, though, not as a custody source or a complete arrest log. Countywide TV and papers report Century events too, but selectively. The Escambia crime-news page maps those outlets and their limits. Any story should point you back to Jail View for booking status and CourtView for the case itself.

Third-party mugshot sites exist as well. Busted Newspaper, Recently Booked, and Mugshots.com carry verified Escambia County sections that may show a Century address or arrest. Rank them behind the official sources. Their labels and status can go stale, and an old card can linger after release or a changed charge. Arrests.org and Mugshots.zone offered no verified, usable Escambia content and are not reliable Century tools.

News and aggregator pages publish on their own schedules. None gains county authority just by copying public data. When a story has no official match, treat its claims as unverified. The Clerk docket is the right place to follow what a case actually did.

Century Busted Lookup Gaps

A blank result proves nothing. The event may never have reached an Escambia jail booking. The person could be in federal, juvenile, medical, or another county's custody. The entry may fall outside the portal's unpublished range. Sealed and protected records vanish too. So don't read a missing mugshot as misconduct or as a town office hiding an ECSO file.

Work the problem in order. Retry Jail View with known identifiers and a tight date range. Confirm the arresting agency. Ask ECSO for its report. Contact County Corrections about intake records, and search the Clerk's docket. If the person entered Florida's prison system, the Florida Department of Corrections search answers that custody question, though it is no same-day Century booking feed.

Each source has its lane. Precinct 6 handles local sheriff service. ECSO holds law-enforcement files. County Corrections covers booking and custody. The Town Clerk manages municipal administration, and the court decides the outcome. Keeping those roles straight also stops an unofficial image card from outranking the offices that created the records.

Note: Custody, release, and court outcome are separate facts, each confirmed through the source responsible for that stage.
